My initial task for the WebApp optimization project involved a comprehensive dashboard redesign, seamlessly integrating new features that complemented Dyne's existing offerings.

As the lead for the dashboard redesign, I was responsible for renovating the existing layout. The initial dashboard provided only a limited overview of the platform's capabilities, which prompted the need for a more holistic approach. My primary task involved seamlessly integrating all the features that Dyne's platform offered, presenting users with a comprehensive and user-friendly experience. My goal was to design a visually appealing dashboard that showcased an overall summary of the user's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and data and provided a seamless access point to all the functionalities within the Dyne platform.

I have meticulously divided the dashboard into three main tiers, corresponding to Dyne's distinct areas of development.
Within each section, users are now greeted with valuable insights into the various products and features unlocked, providing them with a comprehensive overview of their journey and accomplishments within the platform.
The enhanced structure ensures a seamless and intuitive user experience, empowering our users to make informed decisions and fully leverage the rich offerings of Dyne's diverse landscape.
Expansion Page - Franchise Supply Chain
For the second task, I was entrusted with the responsibility of drawing inspiration from the current expansion page, which features a map-based functionality to help users identify optimal locations for business expansion. My objective was to further elevate the user experience by conceptualizing and designing new and innovative functionalities.
This is the layout of the expansion page, which I replicated to make it the starting point of the new feature.
The dynamic map allows users to visualize the locations of their chain stores based on the selected city. By effortlessly pinpointing store locations, users gain valuable insights into their business's geographic spread and reach.
Moreover, the map showcases notifications for any issues at specific chain locations, ensuring that users are promptly informed about potential challenges.
Upon selecting a specific location, users are presented with a convenient and comprehensive quick view of inventory levels, schedules, and current orders. This preview empowers users with real-time insights into the status of their selected location, enabling informed decision-making.
Additionally, the system promptly notifies users about issues requiring attention at the chosen location, such as inventory shortages. This instant notification feature ensures that users are promptly aware of any pressing concerns, enabling timely and proactive responses to maintain seamless operations.
Users can navigate to dedicated main pages for each section to view detailed data.
The inventory list is thoughtfully organized into distinct categories for ease of reference. Users can access real-time data that highlights stock shortages, prompting timely action.
Moreover, the system provides valuable insights into the cost and usage of ingredients, shedding light on their impact on the business, both beneficial and detrimental. This dynamic presentation of data empowers users to make informed decisions, optimize their inventory management, and strategically drive business growth.
Users can open a convenient pop-up by clicking the "relocate" button, enabling them to efficiently distribute inventory items to locations where there is a need. This seamless process allows for quick and intuitive resource allocation, facilitating smooth operations and optimizing inventory management across the business locations.
Users can easily access week-view and daily-view options within the Staff Schedule feature to review the schedule effortlessly. This user-friendly interface allows for seamless navigation, enhancing the overall user experience.
Moreover, real-time analytics come into play, dynamically analyzing nearby events and usual customer traffic patterns. This insightful analysis promptly alerts users about staff shortages or over-scheduling, empowering them to make informed and data-driven decisions to optimize staff allocation effectively.
Finally, the order history feature presents a meticulously detailed overview of past orders, allowing users to gain valuable insights into their purchasing patterns. With the ability to access real-time order status, users can stay informed about the progress of current orders in a seamless and timely manner.
Furthermore, this comprehensive view of previous orders empowers users to make informed decisions on optimizing order frequency for each item.
